DTAC Drops 3% due to Yesterday’s System Outage, Analyst Recomm. Divert to ADVANC-INTUCH

The share price of Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) fell ฿1.00/share or 2.68% to close the morning session on Thursday at ฿36.25/share with a trading value of 591 million baht.

 

The decrease was mainly due to the negative sentiment from yesterday’s system error causing the customers to lost the chance to register for the government scheme “Khon La Khrueng”, however, the mobile operator announced early today to compensate the subscribers who affected by system outage.

 

LH Securities recommended “SWITCH” at a target price of ฿38.00/share as DTAC is risk to lost its customers from yesterday’s incident, suggesting to shift to ADVANC (TP ฿210) or INTUCH (TP ฿70).
