SUPER Climbs 4% on Strong Earnings Expectation in 2021, Analyst Recomm. TP at ฿1.30
The share price of Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) rose ฿0.04/share or 4.08% to ฿1.02/share as of 11:06 local time in Thailand with a trading value of 523 million baht.
SUPER has announced that as of December 31, 2020, 3 solar power plant projects in Vietnam of SUPER’s subsidiaries with a total capacity of 550 MW have already supplied electricity to the commercial system (COD) to the Vietnam Electricity Authority (EVN), boosting its generating capacity in Vietnam to 836.72 MW.
As a result, at present, SUPER has a project that distributes electricity into the commercial system (COD) a total of 1,536.32MW.
The Company expects to record a profit from the aforesaid project worth approximately 1,800 million baht per year, while net profit margin is 25-28%. SUPER targets the 2021 revenue of 10,000 million baht, supported by the commercial electricity sales from both current and upcoming projects.
UOB Kay Hian Securities recommends “Speculation” on SUPER at a target price of ฿1.30/share based on the 1Q21 projection, expecting SUPER to be benefited from the 2 new COD projects. However, in the short-term, 4Q20 would be affected from FX loss.
