TU and IP Jointly Form “Interpharma-ZEAvita” to Produce-Distribute Supplement Products

Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (TU) announced that Thai Union Ingredients Co., Ltd., a wholly owned-subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Inter Pharma Public Company Limited (IP) to establish Interpharma-ZEAvita Co., Ltd., with the objective of incorporation to product development, manufacturing and distribution of jointly developed human supplement products. The registered capital is 20,000,000 Baht.

Regarding the shareholding structure, IP will hold 51% and TU will hold 49%, while Mr. Trinnawat Thanitnithiphan will hold 1 share. This investment is expected to increase revenue and profits to the group companies.
