SCB Paves the Way to Crypto, Forming “Token X” to Operate “Initial Coin Offering Portal”

The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) announced that on 8 January 2021, SCB 10X Co., Ltd., the Bank’s subsidiary and a company under SCB Financial Group, has incorporated a new subsidiary under the name Token X Co., Ltd. with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, with the key objective to operate the Initial Coin Offering Portal (ICO Portal). The Company has a registered capital of Baht 50,000,000.
