SABUY Forms JV “Sabuy Exchange” to Develop Business in Creating a Loyalty Program Service

Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited (SABUY) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on 8 January 2021, has passed a resolution to approve to set up a new joint venture Sabuy Exchange Co., Ltd. The new joint venture is a cooperation between the Company and Buzzebees Co., Ltd. who is a leading CRM services provider in Thailand.

 

The registered capital is 5,000,000 Baht which is divided into 500,000 Common shares with Par value of 10 Baht.

 

The purpose of the joint venture is to jointly develop business in creating a Loyalty Program services to be provided to customers.
