RT Acquires 8 New Construction Projects Worth ฿280Mn, Bringing a Backlog to ฿4.6Bn

Mr. Chawalit Tanomtin, Chairman of Executive Committee of Right Tunnelling Public Company Limited (RT), revealed that the Company has acquired 8 new construction projects, which is worth a total of 280 million baht, bringing Company’s backlog to 4,644.33 million baht, increased from 4,364.33 million baht as of the end of November 2020. RT expects to start recognizing the revenue between 2021-2023.

 

For the overall performance in 2020, RT expects a total revenue to grow 20% YoY to 2,800 million baht, to beat the expectation of 10-15% growth, mainly driven by an increase in construction projects and a faster-than-expected delivery of work as RT is civil engineer and geotechnical-specialist. In addition, Company’s gross profit margin remains at the rate of 22-24% and gross profit margin is not less than 9%.
