SAMTEL Acquires 2 New Projects, Booking ฿569Mn as Revenue

Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited (SAMTEL) announced that Samart Communication Services Co., Ltd., a subsidiary with 99.99% of total shares held by the company, had two projects awarded as follows:

 

1. The subsidiary signed a contract with Distance Learning Foundation under the Royal Patronage on January 15, 2021 for Installation of system for Distant Learning Television via satellite (DLTV) for 1,441 schools with the total contract value of 380 million baht (VAT included). The implementation must be completed within 150 days after the contract signing date and full amount of payment is divided into 4 payments based on work progress.

 

2. The subsidiary signed a contract with Narcotics Suppression Bureau, Royal Thai Police on January 13, 2021 for Procurement of Cyber Intelligence System with the total value of 189 million baht (VAT included). The system must be delivered within July 12, 2021 with the full payment after complete delivery.
