GPSC Completes the Establishment of “GPSC Singapore” to Start Battery Manufacturing Business.
Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) announced that the company has been established GPSC Singapore Pte. Ltd., a new subsidiary of GPSC in Singapore on February 19, 2021. GPSC holds a 100% stake and has registered capital of USD 100.
GPSC will further proceed for investment by capital increase in Anhui Axxiva New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. which operates a battery manufacturing business in the People’s Republic of China at production capacity of 1 GWh per annum using technology license of 24M Technologies Inc. regarding the resolution of the Board of DIrectors Meeting on January 20, 2021 and the announcement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand dated February 9, 2021.
