– Property developers to rejoice as the loan-to-value (LTV) limit at 80% for the 2nd property loan will be eased on April 1, 2021. SIRI, AP and SPALI are expected to take the most advantages from this issue. Analysts assess property stocks are still laggard, but the conclusion of LTV rule for mortgages will spur house sales.
SIRI approved a dividend payment of ฿0.04/share (yield 4.21%) with an XD on March 15, while AP handed out a dividend payment of ฿0.45/share (yield 5.59%).
