KWM Establishes 2 Subsidiaries in Preparation for Hemp-Marijuana Business

K. W. Metal Work Public Company Limited (KWM) announced that the Board of Directors Meeting held on March 18, 2021 has passed a resolution of the establishment of 2 subsidiary companies, LabAktiv Co., Ltd. and KWM Cannabitec Co., Ltd., with the combined registered capital is 30,000,000 Baht.

 

The objective of establishment of 2 subsidiaries is to support the expansion of the extraction market with the Supercritical Fluid Co2 Extraction Machine and to clearly separate management structure.

 

LabAktiv Co., Ltd. will focus on extracting active ingredients from natural products (Non-Cannabis) which is a key ingredient in cosmetic products. This investment is a cooperation with an expert in the cosmetics industry who has full resources in pharmacists, chemists, and scientists.

 

While KWM Cannabitec Co., Ltd. will focus mainly on providing extracting service of Hemp/Marijuana (Cannabis).
