NUSA Establishes a JV “CSR Nusa” to Advance in Research-Produce Hemp Products

Nusasiri Public Company Limited (NUSA) announced that the company will make a joint investment with an independent investor to establish a company CSR Nusa with the objective of operating a seed/seed business to grow, research, and various medicinal plants. This includes hemp that is allowed as required by law, including import, export and distribution to sales before and after being transformed into a product or food products, beverages, medical medicine and medicine.

The registered capital is 5,000,000 baht divided into 50,000 ordinary shares at par value of 100.00 baht per share.
