BCP Invests ฿50Mn in Acquiring “WINNONIE” to Enhance the Leadership in Green Energy Innov

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary of the company BCV Innovation Company Limited has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 99.8% common shares of Winnonie Company Limited (WINNONIE). The transaction is valued at 50,000,000 baht.

 

WINNONIE engages in electric motorcycles and battery replacement services, including related business that align with BCP’s goal, leadership in green energy innovation. The transaction is expected to be completed in April 2021.

 

Additionally, on March 25, 2021, the Board of Directors has approved the establishment of new subsidiary General Energy Manning Co., Ltd. to operate the business of recruitment and human resource management. The registered capital is 1,000,000 baht. BCP will hold 49% of total shares, while the Population and Community Development Association (PDA) will hold 51% share.
