ZMICO Establishes “XSpring Alliance”-“PK Land Holding” to Invest in Holding Business

Seamico Capital Public Company Limited (ZMICO) announced that the company has established a new subsidiary XSpring Alliance Co., Ltd. for investing in the limited companies on April 1, 2021, with a registered capital of Baht 1,000,000, divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 100.- each.

In addition, ZMICO has established PK Land Holding Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of XSpring Alliance Co., Ltd.) for investing in real estate business on April 2, 2021, with a registered capital of Baht 44,000,000, divided into 440,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 100.- each.
