DEMCO Invests ฿3.6Mn in “Saba Yoi Green” in Preparation for the Bidding of Community PP

Demco Public Company Limited (DEMCO) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting on April 7, 2021, has approved the Demco Energy & Utility Company Limited, a subsidiary of DEMCO, to invest in Saba Yoi Green Co., Ltd. with the objective for the business of electricity generating or transmitting. According to the Par value, the investment value is 3,600,000 baht, accounting to the shareholder ratio of 60%.

 

In case of obtaining a power purchase agreement, it is expected that commercial income will be collected around November 2024,

 

However, the aforementioned investment is only a preparation to invest in the projects that DEMCO will submit the proposal to produce and sell electricity, community power plant projects for the basement economy (Pilot Project). If after obtaining the PPA, DEMCO will inform for more clear information of the investment.
