EA Set Up New Subsidiary to Further Its Battery-EV Business 

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) announced the establishment of a new subsidiary namely “Battery Electric Vehicle and Electronic Products Testing Center Co., Ltd.” (BEV) of which EA holds 50% of registered capital and EA BVI Holding limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of EA) holds 48% of registered capitaland the less of 2% held by 2 non-related persons.

BEV was established in order to enhance the business of battery and electronic vehicle businesses of the group company according to the resolution of the EA BOD meeting on 13 November 2020 and completed the transaction on 21 April 2021. The registered capital of BEV is THB 175,000,000 and its objective is to provide research, development, testing,  calibration services for lithium and other battery cells including various devices of electric vehicles.
