SCN Establishes Scan MediHerb to Operate Hemp-Cannabis Business

Scan Inter Public Company Limited (SCN) announced that SCN’s Board of Directors meeting has passed a resolution to approve and assign the Executive Committee to have authority to perform the establishment of a new subsidiary company namely Scan MediHerb Company Limited. SCN has completed the process to register the company with the Ministry of Commerce.

The purpose of this establishment is to operate business in relation to hemp and cannabis. The registered capital was 5,000,000 baht comprising 50,000 ordinary shares at the value of ฿100 per share.
