NOBLE Establishes “Noble Venture Investment” in British Virgin for Overseas Investment

Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) announced that Board of Directors’ meeting held on April 20, 2021 has resolved the establishment of the company’s subsidiary, Noble Venture Investment Ltd. at British Virgin Islands for the company’s overseas investment and business expansion, with the registered and paid–up capital of 100.00 British Pound Sterling (GBP).
