OCEAN Signs MOU with Pharma Company to Jointly Invest in Dietary Supplement Production

Ocean Commerce Public Company Limited (OCEAN) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting on May 6, 2021, has a resolution for the company to conduct the study of feasible for joint investment in product production and will be signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with JSP Industrial Pharmaceutical Factory (Thailand) Public Company Limited. For examination before investing in the production of products precursors and chemicals the type of raw material included hemp. Plants used in the production of food, dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals, as well as other products by “JSP” is a company that expertise and ability to produce such products.

 

The company will study the feasibility for joint investment in the production of products. The study period is 6 months with the due diligence report, source of raw materials, production process, machinery, products can be used in the production of food, dietary supplements, drugs, beverages etc., as well as the investment budget. If studied, there is a possibility expected to be able to produce products for sale by the fourth quarter of 2021.

 

The Company intends to conduct a feasibility study together with “JSP” to invest in form of a co-production agreement, by “JSP” will be the land investor and constructions provide personnel who expertise in manufacturing operations and factory management, procurement of raw materials, formulation and supply of standardized packaging.
