MK Reports a Net Loss of ฿102Mn as Sales Decrease
MK reported a net loss of THB 102.41 million in 1Q21, comparing to a net loss of THB 59.75 million in 1Q20.
M.K. Real Estate Development Public Company Limited (MK) has announced its 1Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
The Company and its subsidiaries reported a net loss of THB 102.41 million or loss per share of THB 0.09, comparing to a net loss of THB 59.75 million or earnings per share of THB 0.05 for the same period of last year, an increase in loss of THB 42.67 million or 71.42% when comparing with the first quarter of 2020. Total revenue from sales and services was THB 571.54 million, a decrease of THB 69.38 million or -10.83%.
