Bangkok Airways (BA) offers the termination of the Long Term Lease Agreement of Samui Airport to Samui Airport Property Fund (Leasehold) (SPF). In this regard, BA has determined the compensation for termination of the aforesaid agreement to the property fund in the amount of 18,050 million baht or equivalent to 18.90 baht per share, which is close to the tender offer price.
