Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) (MBKET) stated that the decreased trend in global steel prices favors KWM because the company’s costs are obviously linked to steel prices. Additionally, KWM has a positive earnings estimate for 2Q21. MBKET forecasts a net profit increase of 24% year over year but a decline of 16.2% quarter over quarter owing to the low season. While full-year earnings are predicted to grow 25% year on year. KWM also benefits from the hemp business. Support level is at 5.50 baht, while resistance level is at 6.25-6.80 baht.
