– Ngern Tid Lor (TIDLOR) plummeted to its initial public offering price of 36.50 baht last Friday (August 13) due to market pressure. TIDLOR announced a lower-than-expected net profit of 777.5 million baht, an increase of 176.8%, for the second quarter of 2021, while earnings for the first half of the year (Jan.-Jun.) were 1,560.7 million baht, an increase of 59%. As of June 30, 2021, the non-performing loan ratio was 1.56%
Meanwhile, analysts anticipate Srisawad Corporation (SAWAD) to announce a net profit of 1,185 million baht today (August 16), a 21% increase over the previous year.
– Gulf Energy Development (GULF) recorded a core profit of 3,039 million baht, an increase of 107%, and a total revenue of 21,835 million baht, an increase of 30%, for the first six-month of 2021. The increase was mainly from the profit of Gulf SRC power project’s (GSRC) first unit, with an installed power generation capacity of 662.5MW, coupled with a higher volume of electricity sales to industrial customers. Following the completion of the tender offer for Intouch Holdings (INTUCH) securities, GULF plans to issue debentures totaling approximately 20 billion baht within this year as partial loan repayment for the acquisition of INTUCH shares. In addition, GULF will immediately book dividend income of approximately 1.6 billion baht in the third quarter this year.
– B.Grimm Power (BGRIM) reported a net profit of 1,021 million baht in the second quarter, bringing the company’s earnings for the first half of the year to 1,633 million baht, a 48.7% higher, due to increased sales to industrial users and the completion of a solar project in Cambodia by December 2020. In addition, BGRIM has approved a dividend payment of 0.15 baht per unit.

PSL recorded a net income of 826 million baht in 2Q21 and 1,201 million baht in 1H21. Meanwhile, TTA’s 2Q21 earnings were 530 million baht and 1H21 earnings were 719 million baht.
