“Tawit” and the Group Have Taken IFEC’s Director Spots with Unanimously Votes!
IFEC shareholders have unanimously voted in the approval of electing Tawit Techanawakul and his group to be IFEC’s directors.
Inter Far East Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (IFEC) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting on December 25, 2018, and elected seven representatives from Mr.Tawit Techanawakul’s Group who is a major shareholder of IFEC as directors to solve the company’s problems. The seven selected directors from Mr. Tawit’s group are:
- Mr. Tawit Techanawakul
- General Sampao Choosri
- Ms. Pranom Kowinvipat
- Mr. Han Chiaochan
- Mr. Pichit Sinpattanaskul
- Mr. Kudun Sukhumanon
- Mr. Boonlerd Iewpornchai
While the other seven representatives from Mr. Apisak Theppadungporn did not get elected.
Afterward, Mr. Tawit has notified the next Board of Directors meeting will be held on December 27, 2018, targeting to solve IFEC’s problems within 6 months.
