CK Signed ฿780M. Contract with BEM for Construction and Repair of Si Rat Expressway

CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) has reported that the company has signed as the Contractor in the Contract for construction and improvement of the Si Rat-Outer Ring Road Expressway Project and repair of the structure of the Si Rat Expressway with the Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM) as the Employer.

This transaction is in accordance with the ordinary course of business and general trading practices as executed by CK with other companies, and the trading agreements are in accordance with the principles as approved by the Board of Directors.

The contract value has been estimated at 779,684,481 baht, consisting of 625,663,881 baht from construction and improvement of the Si Rat-Outer Ring Road Expressway Project and 154,020,600 baht from repairing the structure of the Si Rat Expressway. The operation period is approximately 12 months.
