Richy Place 2002 Public Company Limited (RICHY) has announced that the company has established a new subsidiary, Richy Place Ekamai Co., Ltd., as a property development company with initial capital 1,000,000 baht, divided into 10,000 ordinary shares, while RICHY will hold 99.97% stake in Richy Place Ekamai.
