TRC Acquires ฿2.2bln. Overhead Line to Underground Conversion Project from MEA
TRC has been awarded a conversion of overhead line to underground project worth 2.2 billion baht from MEA.
TRC Construction Public Company Limited (TRC) has informed that its subsidiary, Sahakarn Wisavakorn Co., Ltd. (SKW), received an announcement on December 24, 2018 from the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) for the award of Conversion of Overhead Line to Underground System Project.
The Conversion of Overhead Line to Underground System Project is located on Rama IV Road (Khlong Toei MEA Branch District – Soi Phai Singto), Ratchadaphisek Road (Rama IV Road – Samsen Canal), and New Phetchaburi Road (Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway – Ekamai Nuea-Phetchaburi Intersection) for an approximately total length of 8.2 km.
The whole project is worth 2,205.42 million baht with a construction period of 1,260 days. The EPC Contract was mutually signed today (5 February 2019).
