SCCC Shows 66% Growth of Profit in 2018, Proposing ฿4.00 Dividend, XD April 3
SCCC has reported a profit of THB 3,021.83 million in 2018 mainly from the increase of net sales while proposing a dividend payment of ฿4.00/share.
Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC) has reported its consolidated financial statement yearly 2018 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:
SCCC booked THB 3,021.83 million of profit in 2018, increased by 66.21% from THB 1,818.12 million in 2017. The main reason of such profit was due to the increase of net sales while the solid performance was underpinned by the domestic cement demand growth, driven by the initiation of the infrastructure projects, coupled with the improving private investment.
The Board of Directors has resolved to propose a dividend payment (Operating period from 01-Jul-2018 to 31-Dec-2018) of ฿4.00/share in cash to be paid on April 25, 2019. The ex-dividend date is April 3, 2019.
