RATCH Reports of Changing Company’s Name to “Ratch Group,” Maintaining Stock Symbol
RATCH has changed the company's name to Ratch Group Public Company Limited without changing the stock symbol.
Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH) has announced that in the 2019 shareholders Annual General Meeting dated April 12, 2019, RATCH’s shareholders had approved the change of company’s name and seal without changing the stock symbol.
The company’s name will be changed to Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) and the name had already registered to the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on April 17, 2019. The new company’s name is effectively on April 19, 2019.
