“King Power-Central” Aim for Duty-Free Concession, MINT-BA-GRAND also Join the Battle

Mr. Nithinai Sirismatthakarn, President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has revealed that there are a total of five private companies who received the bidding envelope for the duty-free concession, and four companies for the commercial area in Suvarnabhumi Airport.

 

Duty-Free Concession Bidders
1) Central Department Store Company Limited
2) King Power Duty-Free Company Limited
3) Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT)
4) Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA)
5) Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited (GRAND)

 

Commercial Area Bidders
1) Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN)
2) King Power Suvarnabhumi Company Limited
3) Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT)
4) The Mall Group Company Limited

The project information will be announced on April 22, proposal submission on May 22. The bidding result is estimated to be on May 31, 2019.

As for the duty-free concession in three other airports (Chiang Mai, Phuket and Hat Yai) will be opened for receiving envelope on April 5-25, 2019.
