Breaking News! CPF’s “Dhanin Chearavanont” Resigns from Chairman of the Board!
Thai business magnate and the Chairman of the Board of CPF, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, has announced his resignation from the position effective today.
Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has announced that Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Chairman of the Board, tendered his resignation from the said position due to other businesses refraining him from performing his duty, effective from April 24, 2019 onward.
In this regard, the Remuneration and Nominating Committee is in the process of selecting qualified person to fill such vacancy and will nominate to the Board for further consideration and appointment.
