EA Makes a New High in 14M, Analyst Recommends “Buy” at ฿62, Expecting Constant Growth!
EA reached a new high in 14 months in the morning session on May 5, 2019, at ฿57.75/share while analyst expected the company to have constant growth in 2019.
The reporter reports that the share price of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) had reached its highest in 14 months in the morning session of May 2, 2019. The highest of the session was at THB 57.75, rose THB2.00 or 3.58% with a trading value at the closing of morning session at THB 1.27 billion.
Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited gave a “BUY” recommendation for EA on 2 May 2019 with the target prices after XD at THB 62.00 after being Finansia’s top pick since 26 March 2019. Even though the share price rose by 16 % since then, it still has 10% upside.
Moreover, Finansia views EA to have a positive momentum of gaining profit in every quarter in 2019, projecting a normal profit to rise 44% QoQ, and 9% YoY to THB 1.11 billion while the growth will increase in a rapid pace in 2Q19 after the wind power plants have been fully commenced the operation.
Meanwhile, the 1Gwh battery project (1st phase) and power plants in Vietnam and Myanmar along with Green Diesel project will be the drive of EA’s profit next year.
