“Chaleaw” Adds THB2.58M. in EPG to Acquire 500,000 shares

The report of change of managements securities holding reported Mr.Chaleaw Wipulapakorn, Director of Eastern Polymer Group Public Company Limited (EPG), purchased the share of EPG on 31 May 2019, amounting 500,000 shares at the average price of THB 5.15/share with the total value of approximately THB 2.58 million.

Previously, on 30 May 2019, Mr. Chaleaw Wipulapakorn had already purchased the share of EPG, amounting 1,000,000 shares at the average price of THB 5.05/share with the total value of approximately THB 5.05 million.
