UREKA Invests ฿7M to Found “Joint Venture Eureka UU” to Supply/Install/Test in AS/RS

The Board of Director of Eureka Design Public Company Limited (UREKA) has approved the establishment of Joint venture which is Joint Venture Eureka UU Co.,Ltd. The Joint Venture Eureka UU Co.,Ltd will be a subsidiary of UREKA which UREKA holds 90% share and Update Development Company Limited holds 10% share. The new joint venture operates the business of supplying, installation and testing the storage system in automated warehouse. (Automated Storage/Retrieval System: AS/RS). 

UREKA has registered the new establishment with the registered capital THB 7,000,000 million, comprising of 70,000 ordinary shares, par value of THB100.
