AMATA Reaches a New High at THB25/share in a Year, Analyst Recommends “BUY” TP at ฿32
As of 14.30 local time in Thailand, the share price of AMATA Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) is at THB24.80, increased THB 0.50 or 2.06%. During the session, the highest of AMATA’s share price was THB25, and the lowest was THB24.40 with a trading value of THB625,779 million. Additionally, the share price of AMATA has reached the highest point in a year since the share price was at THB25.25 on 28 February 2018.
SCB Securities recommends “BUY” AMATA and sets the target price at THB32/share. The analyst said AMATA has only operated the industry business and there is 9,866 rai of Raw lands awaiting ECC to develop. A high demand of land in the industrials gives AMATA’s opportunity to increase in the sale price of lands which the sale value of AMATA’s land has increased by 30% to 92 billion and also support the valuation of SCB Securities raises to 15%. Moreover, the revenue acquisition of THB4.3 billion from the sale of land helps to support the revenue as the expectation of SCB securities in February 2018
In addition to the negotiation with many customers of AMATA has made the analyst believed that a sale of land increase to 17% as expects. AMATA has planned to increase the revenue proportion of fixed income from 40% to 80% of EBIT for decreasing the effect of business recycle to the profit by cooperating with many business alliances.
Kasikorn Securities recommends “BUY” AMATA and sets the target price at THB27.50/share. Moreover, the analyst said AMATA receive an advantage of the new FDI which moved its production base from China to Thailand and second half of the year, there are 2 new industrial is going to operate in Vietnam.
