SPA Operates Spa-Massage under “Let’s Relax” Brand in 3 Hotels, Expecting to Open in 2H19

Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) has announced to operate Spa-Massages “Let’s Relax” brand in the 3 hotels as the details follow:

1)  On July 4, 2019, SPA has approved to operate Spa-Massage operating in Hotel under “Let’s Relax” brand with Rua Rasada Hotel Company Limited, whom is non-related entity, located at Rua Rasada Hotel in Trang Province for a period of 3 years with a renewal term of 3 years. This branch is expected to open in the third quarter of 2019.

2) On March 4, 2019, SPA has entered into a lease agreement with SriLanta Company Limited, whom is non-related entity, in which SPA will run business for Spa and Health Massage at Srilanta Resort, Krabi Province, under “Let’s Relax” brand for a period of 3 years with renewal 4 times and term of 3 years per time. This branch is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2019.

3) On April 19, 2018, SPA has entered into the Spa-Massage Operating in Hotel Agreement with Carlton Hotel Bangkok Company Limited, whom is non-related entity, in which SPA will operate business for Spa and Health Massage inside Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, Bangkok, expected to open in the fourth quarter under “Let’s Relax” for a period of 3 years with a renewal term of 3 years. This branch is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2019.
