TQM Invests ฿5m in “TJN Insurance Broker” for Business Expansion in Non-Life Insurance

TQM Corporation Public Company Limited (TQM) has informed to acquire the securities of TJN Insurance Broker Company Limited, which operates a non-life insurance brokerage business in order to increase sales channels for non-life insurance products via the dealer and car dealers in the par value of THB100 per share for 50,000 shares, which is the total number of issued shares in the amount of THB5,000,000.

According to this investment the Board of Directors Meeting, No. 2/2562 which convened on 14 May 2019, has approved merging with or investing in other companies in the amount as specified
