BGRIM Establishes B.Grimm Solar Power Rooftop for S&T of Equip. and Mat’l in Renew Energy

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has approved to establish a new subsidiary in the Philippines namely B.Grimm Solar Power Rooftop INC with the total value of THB 15,000,000 which 100% held by B.Grimm Solar Power Rooftop Co,. Ltd (a 100% subsidiary held by the Company through B.Grimm Solar Power 1 Co., Ltd.).

The objective of the investment is to engage in the business of supplying and trading of equipment and materials in renewable energy systems and providing services related to renewable energy systems.

This transaction is not a connected transaction and the transaction size does not require any disclosure under regulations on acquisition and disposition of assets of the listed companies. However, this is a report that a listed company or its subsidiary company acquires or disposes of an investment in another company, which results in that other company becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary company of the listed company or its subsidiary company. Therefore, this transaction resulted that B.Grimm Solar Power Rooftop INC. is a subsidiary of BGRIM.
