DOHOME Offers IPO at ฿7.80/Share, Selling on 25-31 July 2019

Dohome Public Company Limited (DOHOME) has offered to sell ordinary shares not exceeding 456,160,000 shares at the price of ฿7.80/share. The existing shareholder,  Amplus Holdings Limited, offered to sell ordinary share not exceeding 8,880,000 shares and over-allotment 56,160,000 shares with the value of ฿1.00/share. The total of offering share (including over-allotment shares) is not exceeding THB 4,065,360,000.

Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited (KS) and Phatra Securities Public Company Limited (Phatra Securities) are the financial advisors and underwriters.
However, the duration of individual investors depends on the discretion of the underwrites. For the connected person of the company could purchase the IPO on 25-26 July 2019 and  30-31 July 2019, and institutions investors is on 25-26 July 2019 and 30 July 2019 as the time specified in each financial advisor company.

DOHOME expected to use the funds from selling IPO for business expansion, debt payment and working capital in a total of THB 280 million.

DOHOME is a provider of construction materials also furniture and home-decoration items which currently has 9 branches in Ubon Ratchathani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Rama II, Bang Bua Thong, Rangsit Klong 7, Chiang Mai and Bangna.
Furthermore, DOHOME plans to open 7 more large stores over the next 3 years, while an additional 90 small branches located in department stores or supermarkets will also be opened during the period.
