WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP) has announced that WHAUP (SG) 1 PTE LTD, a subsidiary of WHAUP, has completed the establishment of WHAUP (SG) 2DR PTE. LTD., in Singapore on August 1, 2019.
The objective of WHAUP’s establishment of a new subsidiary in Singapore is for the investment in additional projects in foreign countries in the future. WHAUP (SG) 2DR PTE. LTD. has a registered capital of USD 100,000 or approximately THB 3.08 million.
