Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) has announced that Anantara Vacation Club (HK) Limited, a subsidiary of MINT has set up a subsidiary company, Anantara (Shanghai) Tourism Consulting Co., Ltd., by holding 100% stake with a registered capital of THB 14.4 million.

The objective of this establishment is to for tourist information consultation and hotel reservation service.
