GPSC-PTT Join Hands to Research the Battery Pilot Plant, Expecting to Complete in 2021

Mr. Chawalit Tippawanich, President and Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director), of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) has signed an MOU with PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) to research and develop the project of battery pilot plant by using semi-solid technology. The semi-solid technology is a new lithium-ion batteries production process of 24 technology which GPDC invested.

Moreover, The semi-solid technology will help to reduce the production process more than 50% and the battery cells were designed for safety which increases the efficiency to the business competition. The project will be done on 31 December 2021. The 15 days after the signing of the agreement, both GPDC and PTT will set corporate committees totaling 7 people to monitor the project closely.
