ORI Offers ฿2bn Debenture with a 4.10% Interest Rate to Institutions and Major Investors
ORI has submitted the registration statement to the SEC to issue a debenture not exceeding 2,000 million baht, offering Institutions and Major Investors.
Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) has announced that the company has submitted the registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, to issue a debenture of 2/2019 not exceeding 2,000 million baht.
The offering amount will not exceed 1,500 million baht, and the greenshoe option not exceeding 500 million baht. The maturity period of the debenture is three years to be paid back in 2022 with a stable interest rate at 4.10% per annum. The interest will be paid every three months throughout the period.
The offering is limited to institutions and/or major investors while the subscription period will be on September 9-11, 2019. CIMB Thai Bank, Kasikorn Bank and Krungthai Bank will be the underwriter of this offering.
The objective of this offering is a one-year plan, using 50-60% of the fund for land purchasing around eastern area of Kanchanaphisek Rd., Bangna-Theparak, Lam Luk Ka, Motorway and the metro yellow line, pink line, orange line and green line. 20-30% of the fund will be used as short-term debt repayment and for the debenture to be matured in November 2019 while another 20-30% will be used as working capital.
In addition, the debenture of ORI received “stable” “BBB” credit rating on April 5, 2019, by Tris Rating.
