U Acquires “Trebren Investments Sp.z.o.o.” in Poland to Further Overseas Hotel Business

U City Public Company Limited (U) has announced that on September 20, 2019, Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG (VI), which U indirectly holds 100% of shares via Lombard Estate Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of U, has acquired 100 ordinary shares of Trebren Investments Sp.z.o.o. (Trebren Investments) in Poland from Vistra Shelf Companies Sp.z o.o. at a total purchase price of EUR 2,637.84 (or equivalent to 89,838.50 baht).

In this regard, the purpose of Trebren Investments is to invest in leasehold rights to carry on hotel business overseas.
