THCOM Reports a Net Loss of ฿113m from Lower Revenue, FX Loss and Loss from Investment.
Thaicom Public Company Limited (THCOM) has reported its 3Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:
The company reported a net loss for Q3/2019 of 113 million baht. This was from a drop in revenue, and the extra expenses of 54 million baht that consist of a foreign exchange loss and loss from sale of investment.
THCOM’s revenue from sales of goods and rendering of services for Q3/2019 totaled 1,188 million baht, decreased by 316 million baht or 21.0% from 1,504 million baht for Q3/2018, mainly due to a decrease of revenue from satellite services.
