AMATA Establishes a JV, Holding 45% to Provide Consultant Service for Future Projects

Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) has announced that the company had already entered into a joint venture agreement with Surbana Jurong Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. in order to establish Great Mekong Consultancy Pte. Ltd. The main business of Great Mekong Consultancy is to provide engineering consultancy services to AMATA projects. AMATA will hold 45% of all shares of Great Mekong Consultancy Pte. Ltd.
