OR Partners with “Central” to Run Café Amazon in Vietnam, Stepping to be World’s Leader

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) has made an announcement to inform that on December 19, 2019, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) which is a subsidiary of PTT, has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Central Restaurants Group Company Limited (CRG) to operate the “Café Amazon” in Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Joint Venture will be held by OR group’s subsidiary (PTTOR International Holdings (Singapore) Pte.Ltd.) at 60% stake and CRG group at 40% stake. The total investment in the joint venture by OR’s group will not exceed USD 2.1 million. This joint investment coincide with OR’s vision on business expansion and being the Thai’s global brand leader.
