SMART to Book Net Profit of ฿44.23mn, Approving a Dividend at ฿0.05/Share

Smart Concrete Public Company Limited (SMART) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

SMART reported a net profit of 44.23 million baht increased from a net loss of 22.93 million baht in 2018, mainly resulted by the increasing in net sales compared to previous year alongside with other incomes from the transportation segment and gain on exchange rate.

The total revenues of SMART for the year 2019  were 465 million baht, rose by 100 million or 27.51% YoY.

SMART approved the cash dividend payment for the year 2019 at 0.05 baht per share. However, there is an uncertainty of the dividend payment since it had to be approved from the AGM of 2020. In case of the approval, the dividend payment date will be on May 15, 2020.
