PTT Sets a Holding Co. to Invest in Potential Businesses to Align with OR’s Strategies

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) would like to inform that on 17 February 2020 the Board of Directors meeting No. 2/2563 of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), a subsidiary of PTT, approved the incorporation of Modulus Company Limited (Modulus). Modulus is a wholly owned subsidiary of PTTOR Holdings Company Limited (OR HoldCo) which was changed to the company name from PTTOR International Holdings (Thailand) Company Limited (TH HoldCo). Modulus has initial registered captial not more than Baht 10 million. The established objective of Modulus is the holding company in new potential growth businesses in Thailand to align with OR’s strategies.
