ALT has announced that the Supreme Administrative Court issued an order that the counter party must pay indemnification worth 375 million baht.
ALT Telecom Public Company Limited (ALT) has announced that the Supreme Administrative Court issued an order on February 20, 2020, that the counter party must pay indemnification worth 375 million baht, interest included, to ALT regarding the legal dispute in which ALT has filed a lawsuit against the counter party in the service agreement for optical fiber cable network and signalling equipment within an industrial estate.
