GULF to Begin a Trading of Par Value of ฿1/Share from April 16 Onward

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) announced regarding to the change in the par value of its shares from 5 Baht per share to 1 Baht per share, GULF has completed the registration process with respect to the change in the par value of the shares with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on April 9, 2020 and schedules to be traded with the new par value of 1 Baht per share from April 16, 2020 onward. 

 

In addition, the number of GULF’s shares will be change from 2,133,300,000 shares to 10,666,500,000 shares.
